Exciting developments are underway at Walkerville Oval, with the installation of a new electronic scoreboard and a state-of-the-art oval lighting system.

The cutting-edge electronic scoreboard, set to be installed in late April, will revolutionize game days at the Cattery. This modern marvel will introduce live scoring, providing spectators with real-time updates, and offer a dynamic platform to acknowledge our valued sponsors during matches.

The new oval lights, also scheduled for commissioning in late April, will illuminate the field, significantly enhancing the training experience for our players. Furthermore, these advanced lights will enable us to host a greater number of night games throughout the season, offering exciting opportunities for our fans and the wider community. These substantial upgrades to the Cattery are made possible through the generous support and commitment of the Town of Walkerville and the Walkerville Sports Club. The Walkerville Football Club extends its sincere gratitude to both organizations for their invaluable contributions to these projects, which will undoubtedly elevate the facilities at Walkerville Oval to new heights.
