Four out of five wins today for the club. The A grade had a great win today against another side pushing for a top 5 spot. The women’s A grade also had a really good away win. The C’s and D’s remain undefeated over the first 5 games. Unfortunately the B grade suffered their first lost of the year.

A really big day at the club with Past Players Day and our A Grade wearing our 125th Commemorative Guernsey. The B and C Grades had big wins against Kilburn, while the A Grade had to fight hard to push away from the Chics. The D Grade also had a good tough win against Uni (G), while the Women’s side game up against a strong Plympton team.

Two firsts happen for the club today, we had our first senior women’s victory today and we also had five senior teams win in the same round.

It was an honour to have Don McLaren’s Granddaughter Lynette attend the A Grade game today. She was able to present the Medal to the A Grade winner, Jack McKay. The club really appreciated that she could present the medal on behalf of her family.

It was a great day at the club with all four men’s teams winning in front of a big crowd. The A Grade needed to dig deep, kicking 5 goals to 2 in a thrilling win over Lockleys.

It was also a historic day for the club in two ways – our first Senior Women’s team played their first game, unfortunately going down to Houghton. And we also had our first player reach 400 games, congratulations again Nick Delvins.
